Since 1998 Volks' has been making a very special doll called Super Dollfie. They are 1/25 (22 inch) dolls, have 13 to 14 points of articulation, are made out of polyurthane resin, and sculpted by artist Akihiro Enk.

The really unique thing about these dolls is that they are made to be customized. The dolls have removable wigs and eyes and you are encouraged to repaint their faces and customize them to make them your "own". The dolls either come as completed "kits" (with painted face, eyes, and a wig) or you can buy the body parts separately and make a completely custom doll.
